How much does delivery cost?

UK:

For Hides Couture products. Delivery is £5.95 - £8.95. Tracked or FREE delivery for over £200.
For Esoteric Jewellery and Belts. Standard shipping is £2.60. Tracked Mail is £10 or FREE for all UK orders over £100.

EU and Non Europe

For Hides Couture £10.95 -£ 20.95. Tracked or FREE delivery for over £500. Rest of the World £15.95- £30.95 or FREE for delivery over £500.
For Esoteric Jewellery and Belts. Standard international shipping is £5. Tracked international shipping is £10 or FREE for orders over £100.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping will take 2-5 working days in UK, if it’s a stock item. International delivery times vary depending on region but will usually be between 5-10 working days if in stock. Please allow time for personalised/ bespoke work to be completed and please check timing with heidi@hidescouture.com

Returns:

Our Return Policy

You can return any unwanted items (excluding earrings and custom, personalised or made to order) for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The products must be in brand new condition. Recorded delivery back to Hides Couture are at the buyers expense.
You can return any faulty products within 30 days of delivery. Hides Couture will refund shipping costs.
